Do u think that George Bush sr should have invaded Iraq in 1991 instead of UN-mandated liberation of kuwait?

No. At that time, there were a limited amount of troops on the ground and Iraq did have large quantities of chemical weapons that could have been used against our troops. The only thing that Bush I could have done would have been to bomb the heck out of Iraq but that would have really irritated the Saudis and would have caused other problems. Bush II should have kept the no fly zones in place and continue to pressure the Iraqis with economic sanctions. If that would have been done and more time, focus and money would have been put into Afghanistan, Iraq may have overthrown Saddam in the same manner that the Libyans are overthrowing Qadaffi.
