How do you cite a book with several authors and an editor in MLA format?

I am writing a research paper on Jane Austen for English Composition. Anyways, I have three books that I would like to use as sources. These books are not written by just one author, they have eight authors a piece and one editor a piece. I have looked all through the net and my MLA books on how to cite this and have even sent my instructor an email, but I have not come to any conclusions. Does anyone know? Please help!
