I want to know the name of this movie?

the movie is with the guy from karate kid(myiagi san-pat morita) and the kid i think i am not sure and is an old karate movie. Is about two rings that never had to be puted together because they distroy the world thats the legend, so one of the ring is at the bad guy and one myiagi san has it but his hurt and before he dies gives the ring to a boy that was felling school and everyone was beatting him, but after he got the ring he got only A in school and beat everyone-even at his prom he had a fight with 20 guys and beat all of them. Pls if you have any idea what movie is this pls tell me , i really need to know. Thank you.- oh and the kid since he got the ring he has dreams that they look like they warning him about the future.
