Neon Tetra, Angelfish, and Guppy Expert Help Needed?

I suppose they could... be careful with angelfish. They are cichlids and like to pick on smaller fish, but they are really weak against fish that pick on them, and they tend to tatter up each other's fins because they pick on each other. But, guppies and neon tetras don't usually bother anything.
