Would a this amp cover 2 of these subs?

do not bridge the amp. wire your subs in a parallel and wire each sub to each channel in a parallel. you will be giving each sub 500 watts rms and they are only rated for 300 watts rms so remember that you are overpowering the subs so be gentle with the gain on the amp.
