Grade my 10 team Draft 16 rounds 3rd overall pick?

I must say I am impressed and feel your team has a shot at the title. You have excellent RB's and very good WR's as well. I would drop Donnie Avery because of the unfortunate injury and pick up another TE. Possibly Brent Celek or even Zach Miller if your lucky enough. Your kicker is sufficient as well as your D although I would drop Fred Jackson as he is not worthy of a spot on your roster and grab another D whom you could play match-ups with the Cowboys. The only real problem for this team is the QB. Cutler is not looking goo at all so far, I would trade him for McNabb or Ryan whom might be valued lower to memebers of your league but are definately better options at QB. You have a good shot at the title. Good luck!!!
