Java Countdown Script Help!?

I have a cool countdown script that uses graphics in place of text the date. I would like it to actually countdown and use all the graphics I made for each digit. I can't get the script to display hours, minutes and seconds and use the graphics in a countdown manner. Need help. Thnx!
