What would happen if Asteroid Apophis strikes Earth in 2036?

there's a 1 in 45000 chance of hitting earth according to scientists (the same chances of dying when crossing the road) but i want to know what would happen if the asteroid actually hits the earth... what percentage would perish... how many would survive... how much destruction etcetera
