Gardening experts-some advice about amending my soil..?

Put them in right now before you begin to plant anything. If you have a tiller, then till them in, or just use a garden fork and mix them in well. The blood meal can be put in very heavy since it will not cause problems. The super phosphate you have to be careful with since too much of it can cause problems.
