Does like me??

there is this guy in my homeroom, I think that he might like me, people have said by the way he acts that he does, but i dont know. He is always picking on me, like once he poked me for the entire 23 mins. of HR. Then today I told him that a friend and I bought a Ouija board and that we were going to have some people over to play with it. He then told me that I was going to become posessed and die and proceeded to look up things on the internet about what a Ouija board has done to people, and when I asked him why he cared he didnt answer. He is usually either torturing the crap out of me, like taking my stuff and hiding it, or throwing it around the room, and being nice to everyone else, or he talks to me normal and is mean to the other people in our homeroom, so he is kind of sending off mixed signals. Then we are having a "secret santa" in cl and he picked my name and instead of letting me figure it out for myself, he tells me and asks what I want,so...idk. I need advice, please..
