My friend is pregnant & her partner is difficult (baby girl names..)?

The only one that sounds slightly good with Rose as a middle name is Cindy but tell them to think about it, do they REALLY want their kid growing up with a name like a barbie doll/spoiled brat? Tell them to chose a different name all together is my advise.
