Sick baby.....mommies help PLZ....?

My two month old has had an upper respiratory infection (cold) for 2 weeks now...no fever or runny nose ever...only congestion and phlegm....she's really congested still and I have been using saline drops and the "booger sucker" but nothing is coming out (b/c it's in the back of her nasal pages I think....has anyone else ever had this with their little babies around this age? is this normal? i thought a cold was only suppose to last 5-10 days for one this age.....help please...I am worried sick b/c I know that if it gets bad in little babies it can be dangerous. doc said to just let it run its course 2 weeks ago....but I feel like it should have by now and she's still very congested and phlegmy.....
