Superior mind/Inferior Mind...?

My question are some humans just more intelligent than other's based on genetics? In addition can an individual have the capabilities to utilize a higher percentage of their brain than the majority of humans. I do not mean for this question to, "fall apart" but I as individual have learned things in a matter of seconds, mins. or months which takes a majority to learn a life time. I honestly feel that it is a matter of perception if one says something is "hard" then it will be but if you approach obstacles with the mindset that it is "easy" it will be easy. Is mindset a factor or the key to intelligence as well as genetics. As I matured I find myself referring to the 98% of people on this planet that do not see the whole picture as, "humans." Now, call me local, crazy or whatever but I've talked to many intellects about this and they seem to have the same mindset.
