Why is Al Gore's carbon footprint so big?
He lives in a 20 room, and 8 bathroom, mansion. The average household in America consumes 10,656 kilowatt-hours (kWh) per year, according to the Department of Energy. In 2006, Gore devoured nearly 221,000 kWh—more than 20 times the national average. Not to mention the Limos, and private jets he rides around in. Ted Turner is another big supporter of the global warming theory. Yet he also has a private jet, lives in a mansion, and has 5 kids. So why do people who are the biggest supporters of the Global Warming theory have the biggest carbon footprint?
